Schedule

Sign-in and networking will begin at 11:00 am, providing an opportunity for members to connect before the formal meeting.
The Annual General Meeting will begin promptly at 11:30 am.

Following the AGM, the program will continue with designated networking time, a hot lunch served by the Willows Golf Club, and two presentations designed to engage and inform members.

Event Details

This in-person event combines SEIMA’s annual business meeting with professional development and networking opportunities.
Attendees will:

Participate in the AGM to hear organizational updates and vote on key matters
Enjoy a hot lunch provided by the Willows
Engage in two professional presentations
Connect with industry colleagues and peers throughout the day

Event Fee: $30 per person (includes lunch and presentations)
Registration Deadline: November 12, 2025

All attendees must complete full registration by the deadline to participate in the lunch and presentations.

If you wish to attend only the AGM (and not stay for lunch or sessions), registration is free of charge, but pre-registration is still required for planning purposes.
